Ive reached out by phone and messages stating that I put a order in at a location in Georgia, my name is LaNeise Hunt and the order was suppose to have been put in at a North Carolina location. I never received the money and I definitely didnt get any food being that is 9hrs away. Can I just get a refund please

To express how important it is to have, and have a supervisor and a manager on duty every day, all day, when providing a service to the public with integrity and dignity

The black male chef that was on duty was acting as a supervisor being that one was not scheduled on staff. He provided excellent customer service. There was two young ladies that were cuckoo for cocoa puffs.

Bad customer service

At 1040 ordered food to go at the waffle house in Springfield missouri at highway 65 and east sunshine, they made me get up out of my seat to give it to another customer who was white after I paid for my food, while I was waiting for my food, they took food orders from four different customers and served all four and never came back to me to tell me why they were doing this so I asked and they said you have to wait behind customers that come in and sit down I said they are all white and this could go on all day, they never served me and never even started my order and at first they refused to give me back my money.

Please deal with the workers who work the morning shift

May 3 2023 at 9:30. The cashier is deplorable.

They will cost your business to close down.

The restaurant had about 2 sitting customers and I went to the register to order a sandwich. She said that shes only serving in house. I must be seated and dinning to order a sandwich. Ive never heard anything like this in all my life.

More staff on than customers.

I must come back at 2pm if am not going to dine and eat my sandwich. She did not take my order and her attitude was very very stink and rude.

Complaint employee

It's about the lady Megan she was rude I like my toast drop last and she was like it all gone to be the same but everybody knows me and how I like my food there I go there 5 days a week she was behind the counter fussing with another person that work there in front of customers it seen like she on some drugs because I remember her from the last time she worked here and she didn't act like this

I have been going to waffle house as a late night meal all my adult life. It has always been reasonably priced and friendly, fast service.

Last night was different. My family orders the same thing every time, and that order costed me 62.95 before tax last night. First they charge 3 dollars over each meal the advertised online and then there is a 20 percent for to go when I'm not allowed to go in. The waitress was rude like I was stupid for not knowing and not liking it.

The funny thing is my first job was a waitress, so I always tip even if I don't sit down to eat. Is this how we keep the customers that have stuck with you through the pandemic. You advertise prices and try to find ways to sneak in fees for that same meal. I feel robbed.

I will never eat there again and will tell anyone I know about this. You shouldn't be in business doing things like this.

It doesn't feel legal!!! Never again, I could've had a better meal for 68.00 bucks after tip

Corporate contacted me ASAP and the matter was handled very quickly. Best advice I can give is be sure to watch out if paying by credit card etc. From now on I'll be paying with cold hard cash!!!

They worked as a Team...

I eat at waffle house all over the country,,, and like to give credit when I see such team work as I did on May 7,2023 @ store # 1195 at Apx 11am on Sunday morning... The place was packed and they worked as a well oiled machine... My waitress was Nautica ,,, but they all were doing a great job ... All with a smile on their face... I love watching true Team Work ... That crew needs to be recognized at least by a letter to the manager to let them know their efforts are not going unnoticed... I've been eating at waffle house for al.ost 50 years... And they were one of the best I've observed...

My online order got sent to a different store in North Carolina need a refund or it sent to the store in Raleigh North Carolina. Have not been able to talk to a customer service representative went into the Raleigh location and asked the manager what is it to do and he said it's nothing that can be done so I just lose my money and you just lost the customer.
