The cook was just rude the waiter told him exactly what I ordered and he still put something on there that it was not supposed to be on there and I am very displeased with the Waffle House on High Street in Jackson Mississippi I will not be eating it this one never again

Cook was making food, by the way, with no mask, yet wants to talk bad about a loyal customer, while I sit here and listen and try to enjoy the food that your employees make, which is *** so I didn’t enjoy the food anyways, which made my experience even WORSE

Unconscionable employee behavior in front of customer's

My wife and I stopped into a Waffle House on Christmas Day located at 1120 N. Woodland Blvd in the awesome little town of Deland, Florida.

We were guest "2318" and our wonderful Waitress was "Pam". There was another young man named Brandon waiting on people, and the cook was Steven. As we waited for our food, Steven began a tirade for all to hear regarding getting too many customers because" HE DID NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT HE HAD TO DEAL WITH LAST NIGHT, 16 people! During his tirade (which he kept looking back to make sure he had all the customer's attention to hear), a phone call came in and Brandon rudely spoke into the phone, NO!

We do not have the room for that many and hung up! He then went on to announce to all (with glee) that he had just told 12 people NO! And the cook was thrilled at this news. Pam seemed mortified that Brandon would tell customer's that.

Just then, a lady and 2 small children walked in, who just happened to be black. The Cook Steven turned around to her and said...NO TAKE-OUTS! "Daniel" he announced, said to shut down sections and turn people away if it gets busy! The woman and her children walked out and as they left said do you mean that unless I sit down inside I cannot get served?

That's right, said the Cook and since they would not open the sections at either end, there were no seats available. They could have said we are cutting off take-outs after this Lady. Then a regular walked in and was told he could not be served. The Cook was a complete idiot, rude and obnoxious!!

I have never seen an employee act like that, and I have been going to Waffle House for 50 years! Just terrible how an employee can turn off so many customers because he is lazy. Any line cook worth his salt could have handled 12 to 15 people like a pro. You announce to people that you are a bit overwhelmed, but that you will get everyone served if they can be a bit patient, and you let your servers do their job.

This line cook was shameful and disrespectful to the staff who depend on tips and his behavior in front of customer's was immature and unprofessional and the worst representation of Waffle House I have ever seen in 50 years! Sincerely, Guy R. Hartford, President, American Pet Limousine PS... Steven never ONCE changed his gloves, handling raw meat, then peoples bread, touching the plates for the next customer, wiping his brow of sweat, handling his dirty phone while on the phone, then more raw meat and on & on.

Not washing the hands, no changing the gloves, no hair net, coughing into his gloved hands and then handling raw meat again. Did he not understand that customers are watching his every move? My Christmas meal as well as that of my wife was tainted to say the least, and we are avid Waffle House fans. Just thought you might want to know.

The place did seem to have cameras. If this were my place, I would be looking for a new Cook and Waiter..... Pam was a gem, and she was horribly embarrassed you could tell, but helpless.

She tried to tell them both they were wrong to do that, but they both ganged up on her, and Steven was loud and obnoxious and insistent that HE WAS NOT BUSTING HIS *** LIKE YESTERDAY! YOU CAN FORGET THAT *** HE SAID!

Why is there a Levy being taken out of my paycheck every week since March 2021? My name is Amy Armour, formally Amy McKinney, and I currently work for Unit Number 1632. I have called so many people in franchise and corporate to try and figure out why, but no one can tell me anything; and I'm really pissed off. Because the only thing that should be garnished out of my paycheck is my voluntary child support. So someone needs to tell me what is going on, and what this Levy is for and how it can be stopped.

Poor service

Hello My name is Kenneth Carmichael, my wife and I went to the Hapeville location 1147 and the manager Jerome was very unprofessional I, spoke with him about someone cleaning the tables. That people's was walking out Jerome response was it's 2 more up the street they just have to wait, so when the lady waiting as well walked out and said that's so rude. This type of service is so very unprofessional, it would be in good interest to deal with this manager with some type of disciplinary action.

When I've been there for three months and I've had to tolerate sexual harassment for at least a month that I have and it's was on the person's prior record and got fired from another job for the same incident yeah I still had to tolerate it even though I complained enough times to the manager about what was going on nothing got done until recently and then I get accused of saying the n word and no questions asked got fired when I didn't even say it have witnesses and the camera audio footage at the store that I did not shall I take this to court or we going to resolve this now

Waffle House - Horrible service and order was wrong.
I ordered a patty cheese steak melt with no bacon because I do not eat pork. I heard the lady yell out specifically patty cheese steak melt no onion. With there being only one other customer who was leaving I figured the order was not that complicated for a simple mind. Then I get a sandwich that is basically all bacon. The workers seemed high and completely out of it and my order was proof.

Re: wet/hot store

Was at store #2025 in gainesville fl. the food was good, the people working were very friendly, BUT i have never had to eat in a restaurant where the temp is 90 degrees.in side have been in this place many times and never have i been so uncomfortable, Roof leaking ac unit not working very bad for people who like to dine there.Two small portable air units will not cool such a large space,Therefore you loose customers and if that happens you lose money and profits. so if this can be fixed I would get on it or close it down..

Incident at store 2141

I witness an incident between to employees while the manager just stood there and let one employee disrespect another employee by the name of tyreyun as I am my two friends came into restaurant to sit down and eat the employee at the register was very irritated and was talking very loudly she then turned around to ask the other employee did her and the male employee who she was talking to know each other personally they both answered no and the young lady(tyreyun) ask why was there a problem. The other employee said yeah because he goes with my sister and Im trying to see why yall laughing and talking in each other face the other employee (tyreyun) stated she was married and it wasnt like that te other employee said ok you can get the *** now which was definitely out of line The other young lady said ok but Im not a child (tyreyun) the other employee ask her did she want to fight and told her to come outside they young lady (tyreyun)proceed to walk outside until she saw that the other employee had a male outside waiting with her and he jumped out of the car and the both walked back into the Waffle House to fight this young lady the employee then spit at this girl and the other employee threw a ketchup bottle (tyreyun) after being spit on the other employee picked up glass containers,glass mugs , cups etc and threw it at this young lady all while trying to get across the counter while her male friend trying to fight employee with her while manager is standing there and this employee (tyreyun) wasonly defending her self . On top of this this young lady has lost her job over her talking to another male coworker why is it a problem for two employees to interact something needs to seriously be done about this I dont feel that young lady should have lost her job

I think when you eat at a Waffle House, you should have lowered expectations when it comes quality of employees.

Customer complaints

Stopped by schillengers rd and moffat told the waitress I was in a hurry she put orders in before mine as she chatted with a customer that just walked in 5 min after me ,there was 5 seats in total all had there food except 1 booth ,I stood in line to pay in advance and another waitress ask me if I could move out of the way so she could cash everyone else out I never complain and never in a hurry but that day I was total time there was about 28 to 34 min I drove to another waffle house on schillingers rd and was in and out in16 min .

I received the wrong food

My whole order was completely wrong I didnt even eat after being mad I would like a refund or a order replacement.. I specifically told them my order and they still got it wrong and I went to the walk up window and ordered and sat back in my car .. I didnt check my food until I got home
