Not answering phones and then when I get here, they don't take my order. I'm on a lunch break.
I don't have much time so I want to call my order ahead then get here and they take their time taking my order! This is the 3rd location and I'm tired of it. You can hear the phone just ringing and no one is answering it. They arent that busy not to answer the phones.
Smh! I will say this, his attitude changed when I said I was about to record this. Im disappointed that I keep going to these locations getting treated this way! You all need to designate some one just for call in orders.
We dont know whats going on, we just hungry and want Waffle House! And yall need better people in there with better attitudes.

Preferred solution: People that work in place like that Should not use language like that customers don’t want to hear it

Complaint about demising parts of ordering was missing tomato juice ,in my 2 over medium with bacon no backer ,ordered biscuit instead of toast ,with hasbrowns I order loaded w/out tomatoes didn’t get

Did you give the employee your card and they didn't return it? I thought you pay at the counter and swipe your card.
Don't wait for Waffle House to respond, dispute the $288 with your CC company. It is doubtful they will reimburse you for the food you ate.
