Staff never wear mask

While dining in 11/6/20 0030 on Ambassador Caffery had to repeatedly listen to the staffs political views while they work. Also, every time I go to Waffle House the staff does not wear a face mask. A customer began bragging about how he works with 600 folks a day in oil field industry and no one wears a face mask. It is unfair to those who are trying to follow COVID-19 precautions and the mandate. Folks like this need to be fined. I had COVID-19 and it almost killed me and I owe lots in medical bills. Hearing his ignorant rants was the last thing I was looking to hear. Then, I had to be antagonized by him because I was wearing a mask. This behavior should not be allowed. Also, folks at the Waffle House need to be more compliant with the state mandate and be more professional.

Horrendous experience with staff.

The server my fiancee and I had was the rudest server I've ever had, was rude to other guests, forgot items from our order entirely, never checked on anything and we had to ask another server to help us when she decided to walk and stand outside in plain sight, doing absolutely nothing. When we called to speak to a manager (as to avoid making a scene in the facility), we were informed that there was, get this: NO MANAGER AVAILABLE.

That's right. No manager. At all. On top of this, I could hear other staff and her making remarks and cursing about me calling.

So, I hung up, as it was VERY clear my call would get me nowhere.

This particular server has absolutely no business working here or in any restaurant, as the last time we ate here, we had the same experience with the same server. This is exactly the kind of staff that has no business operating without supervision and this server should be fired IMMEDIATELY.

Waffles house in mint hill NC never answer the phone when I call to place a order it's getting they slack on keeping waffles two times so far they have ran out of waffles which is crazy it's getting the point where I will drive they 7 miles to the next waffle house just so I don't have go there again to the one in mint hill near me y'all to be on top of this I work at a restaurant and I know for a fact that if we go to run out of something we borrow from our other restaurants this place should to waffles is the main reason to why people go to waffle house and the reason why this one in mint hill will be the reason to why y'all want keep customers coming back and also the lack of two employees in there that don't really care about helping customer it's like they don't want to be there so when a customer walks in u get this attitude vibe from them and when u say u want to place in a order they give the go to *** look like why did u come here this is not a one time thing she does it Everytime she works it is the most not so friendly waffle house I have ever been to

Service at the Virginia Ave restaurant

Having been a restaurant General Manager for many years, I can honestly say my experience today was the absolute worst Ive ever experienced! This location ( just off Virginia Ave. across from a Wendys ) has extremely POOR customer service. No one greeted me when I entered, I waited ten minutes before my order was taken, I got my coffee but was told she would have to find me a spoon, the Unit Manager walked by me several times without asking if everything was OK, finally after 40 minutes of being in this restaurant, my food arrived. I walked out. I called corporate and the young lady answering the phone gave me more attitude! I will never patronize Waffle House again and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience!!!

Employee doing drugs

A employee left her *** needle in the bathroom.My son and his girlfriend went there to eat. She went in and saw it and went and told the manager. The manager supposedly wrote her up. Then the girl proceeded to work and be their waitress. Pretty sad.you can call me Sandra LaFavers 502-322-****

Waiting over 30 minutes for my food

I arrived at the Waffle House is 1610 White Horse Road in Greenville, South Carolina. I placed my order about 8:00am on Saturday morning. After placing my order to go I set down to wait for my order. While sitting there I watched and heard orders being called out for people that came in after me. Manager came in while I was sitting there and went to the back returning with mask for all the ladies working there including the cook. Orders started to go to everyone that came in after me. I then told them to keep my order since I had been waiting before all the other customer came in, and they received their orders before me. The cook said she cooked the orders as the were called. I told her no she didn't because I was there before they even came in. I left the store at 8:30am.

Very upset with the Waffle House store located on Starring Lane in Baton Rouge. The young lady was taking my order stopped taking my order and went to do something else and asked me to leave and come back in 10 minutes. I will never come back to another Waffle House again. I felt very disrespected and this was very unprofessional behavior. I will not ever come back to this store at all. Im not a happy camper

Bad service

when i walked in the store I was never greeted my a waiter...never ask me if I was dining in or carry out...NOTHING... so i waited as long as I could wait..after about 15 to 20 mins later I asked the whole staff..who is taking orders..they turned..looked at me and continue to do what the were already doing so I guess my money aint good enough for that nasty tripling *** store.
