I called Waffle House to place a pick up order.Some girl picked up the phone and laid it down without acknowledging my call.
I then listened for 10 minutes while she cashed out other customers and took orders for 3 more people (I'm assuming at the bar). I finally hung up and when I tried to call back I kept getting their "we're busy" message. Which tells me the phone was probably off the hook and still sitting on the counter. If she had at least said hello and asked me to hold, I wouldn't be upset but she didn't say a word to me.
Very bad customer service, in my opinion.
I guess they didn't want my $40 order, as I was ordering for several people.We ended up ordering from another Waffle House 5 miles away.
