Before visiting the Waffle House I called in to make an order. I called several times and got no answer.

But once I got to the store I asked them why they didn't answer the phone the lady told me "We don't have to" and there was a call coming in while i was there and she let it ring and ring, I asked her why are y'all not answering the phone she said "We don't have to answer the phone my boss man said we ain't got to answer when we busy" but there was only 2 people including me 3 people there. The place was basically empty. She gave bad customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $31.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
