I ordered the continental breakfast two eggs grits toast bacon and waffle two sides of hash browns that's with onions one with cheese my $13.90 breakfast less hash browns on the side came to 32 dollars and I still have yet to figure out why a whole package of cheese for the price that they charge me to get cheese in my grits I could have bought a whole bunch of onions for the price they charged me to put onions in my eyebrows had to pay a 20% surcharge or what I don't understand number one I came in the store I ordered my food I paid for my food and I left with my feet no one picks it up no one made the order no one else delivered it I did it all so why am I paying you a surcharge and then to go feed I don't understand that cost your waitress her tip along with the back that a breakfast sandwich never reached $32 for one person with two sides of hash browns that was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever seen in my life my recommendations future customers

Horrible horrible experience I messaged them through Messenger also called every number I could find to just not be able to talk to anyone. Went to two local waffle House hoping they could help me make it right neither one of them said they could do anything just contact corporate. Horrible horrible experience.

For more than a year I first choice of lunch is at Waffle House. I use 2 different Waffle Houses near our home. This past Sunday I ordered my normal meal .... 2 eggs, hashbrowns, ham, and a waffle. The order clerk recognized me as she has served me several times. During my meal she asked me if my meal was ok and I said that hash browns seem very cold ... I believe they were left setting out a while before you served them to me. She refuted my conclusion. Then I started eating the waffle and it wasn't done. I turned it over and it wasn't even brown on the underside. I called it to her attention and said look at the color, it is not even close to the color of the waffle on the menu!! She just turned and said sometimes they don't brown very much or something to that effect. My wife and I will not find another restaurant on Sundays after church. . Goodbye!!!

Ordered $50 of TRASH! I got 2 orders of plain/bland triple hash browns + a patty melt & hamburger that all they put on it was BREAD & MEAT!! They didn't even bother to put condiments in the bag to add myself!!! Waffle House USED to be really good food! Now the quality is TRASH!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
