Employee was very unprofessional, made me feel very uncomfortable, I ordered my food she called it out, cook started cooking so I decided to add on to my order that's when the waitress that was serving was shaking her head like in a I'm being either greedy or bothering etc. I didn't like the gestures and I canceled my order because I felt very un customered at that point

It sucks! There has been no response to my email or phone message left at a1-800 number!

All I want to know is how to purchase some of your chili mix bags!

I used to purchase, for years, directly from my local restaurant! Now Im told I have to go to the website but theres no option for this or other products!

Ordered some food previously around 28 January 2025. Items were missing from food since order was placed online.

Because I worked by the Bay Meadows location thats the place where I receive food from. You cannot call and let them know what happened and buy me working overnight. I cannot leave the triage area just to go and pick up wrong items that was supposed to be in bag. Going into February I came to the Orange Park location and ordered food online and picked it up.

Worker asked me about how have I been there before and I stated yes, but I had a small issue about food was missing from it and I could not call anyone to report it. She let me know that her GM was in store and to have a talk with him. Erin and I discussed the issue, and he offered to make it up. When trying to redeem food this morning at Bay Meadows location because I had to work.

Employee Victoria and manager Mario were very hostile. I refuse to acknowledge her because she clearly did not want to call her GM a stated its 6 AM in the morning, Im not calling him. I did stated to her that we didnt even have the conversation or talk at this point because nothing was getting resolved, she was getting hostile and making subliminal threats loud enough where me and other staff members can hear them. Mario, the manager at the time was trying to defuse the situation, but employee refused by being argumentative with me after repeatedly, asking her to settle down and dont say anything.

I asked her several times to please not talk to me why me and him was talking and she refused. Insubordination is definitely real. While rolling her silverware, she continue to talk while I was trying to explain to the manager what I wanted, he then stopped in mid conversation while talking to me and repeatedly begged her to stop talking and she still refused. After repeating myself several times to the manager he then caught a attitude with me as if I was the issue.

I truly felt offended and will not, will not be returning to this location. I have already told my medical staff member to not come to either locations because the customer service will be a great deal of disappointment. I felt threatened unsafe and unsecured in all forms. I would love for you to rewind the camera so you can see for yourself what exactly happened.

Once I got off of work this morning I actually went to the next location where I met up withering the first time. I parked up front by the doors by the cameras that way I can finish filling out this form and then proceeded with calling the police for a police report for the threats and etc. While looking up to check my surroundings, I then seen the GM at the back of the store on the phone. I proceeded with my car to the back of the restaurant to talk to him.

He was very professional and helped me by listening to what had happened. He explained to me that the young lady was written up as well as his manager, Im really not sure if its true or not, but I really want to believe him that the problem will be solved. The young lady came outside acknowledging the fact that I was a customer. She had just cursed out this morning around 6 AM and had a big smirk on her face., Feeling no remorse I have a feeling that this will be happening again in the future if I was to ever return.

The GM explained to me that he asked her to come to that location to work, but he did try to rectify the situation by asking me to come back. I refuse because this is the second time within a month period of time that an issue has been warranted. This basically started over some food that was not placed with the right order, and I just was coming to get it replaced per GM. I was treated like a criminal as if I lied about some food in a very disrespectful manner.

Very distasteful. Im not sure who else is there to call and handling this matter, but I can assure you, I am not stopping here.

There are many people in this world that are begging for jobs that have rear responsibilities who know how to treat their customers. Im not trying to be entitled, but I did not warrant any of this this morning

Ordered $50 of TRASH! I got 2 orders of plain/bland triple hash browns + a patty melt & hamburger that all they put on it was BREAD & MEAT!! They didn't even bother to put condiments in the bag to add myself!!! Waffle House USED to be really good food! Now the quality is TRASH!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bad service. Fine to start but my server is misinterpreted my talking with my young friend about Blackbeard & Black Caesar. She shouldn't have been listening inthe first place & was simply too ignorant to understand what was being said---not bad or heavy at all. I am a performer putting on a a mini show about these 2 men. Another server was told whatever & called out calling me a *** The stupidity that these 2 servers share is stupendous!
