Waffle House - Discriminatory music editing
My name is Richard Deal .I have been a waffle house loyal customer for the better part of 30 years . I enjoy interacting with the staff, joking around , having fun.
This usually makes the day more enjoyable for all .I play the jukebox every time I'm visiting . my recent trips to this certain location has been very dissapointing . This is due to the music selection that has been edited by the franchise owner. There is Next to 0 modern songs on the jukebox at all.
Out of 10 songs I searched for I was able to play one song . I think the manager of this store should have authority to select the music that his customers will enjoy.The Selections are horrible, too far edited . The Jukebox is barely used,do to the fact that they're basically no likable selections. Every group of customers are often disguisted by this decision .
Please contact this franchise owner and have him lift his regulations that way I can enjoy my time at my local Waffle House once again. The decision made by this franchise owner was ridiculous, a bit overboard and damn near discriminant. there was not one person I've spoken to yet that was happy about the music selection. As of now, all the customers would like this change to be made.
The entire staff would like this change to be made.
From a corporate point of view, it would be best to keep your staff and your customers happy. Without a happy staff and a dissappointed customer base, Waffle House starts to decline in sales and down slopes on the profit margin
