Call not answered, employee annette was yelling and bullying the other employess. I am a manager myself and i would never yell at my employees or even tolerate my employees yelling at each other.

Everyone needs to qork but having to work in a hostile environment should not be tolerated. She belittles other associates over little things such as yelling at another employee for giving a guest a straw like he requested. She is the rudest and it is beyond me why Annette is allowed in the customer service field. Annette is running business off from her attitude and i dont blame people for leaving.

People go out to eat and want to enjoy their meal not listen to her yelling.. In the best interest of your business and your guest, i would strongly advise you retraining her and if that doesnt resolve the issue, move her somewhere where she is not working face to face with guests.

Again, i am a manager in a business that relieves heavy on customer service and iline reputation. She will run off your business if its not already happening!
