While on the clock I observed a manager telling associate it was okay to leave before her shift was over, but not to clock out so she wouldn't get a violation that she would clock her out.That is not Waffle House way!

Also working there for almost two and a half years with the same first shift salespeople they had their own rotation setup to where two of the salespeople could have the better sections so therefore sense they had that rotation set that way v v salesperson coming in on Saturdays to work with them would always be in section one or 5 never nothing else unless those two salespeople were off.They gossip on the floor about situations that have nothing to be addressed while customer were present .

Reason of review: Other issue.
