I am glad that there is a Waffle House very close to our home. However, the four times that I called to place my orders, no one ever answers the phone.
It gives a outgoing message only. Last night, I sat on the lot and called and with the employees behind the counter no one answered, once again. Terrible! This was a terrible turn off.
When I mentioned it to the staff no one was concerned. Someone should have immediately called the manager and reported it. Someone said that the repair person was coming. Well, the repair person must be walking to get there.
The phone is still not being answered. What a way to open a business.
I guess I will go next door to Denny's. Willie
