I went to Waffle House on 9159 Roosevelt Highway Palmetto Ga 30268. Store number 1776.
The telephone number there is 770-463-****. We dined in to eat and as I was gathering my things to leave the cook made a statement saying dog you ate everything including the napkin and the entire staff laughed like something was funny. This happened around 10:18 a.m. and I left at 10:41.
They all should be fired.
Please give me a call 706-329-****.
I will never visit there again! My name is Prentess Johnson and I am a truck driver and I didn't ask for this disrespect.
Bad customer service and food
It was a horrible experience
Food was very disappointing and the cook was on the his cell phone and waited 10 minutes till start cooking my order while I wait in 19 degree weather. The person who took my order had to make it. The gravy was not even done.

I was in the Waffle House in Waynesboro, GA 30830 at about 10:45 this morning. I ordered a cheesesteak omelette and grits with cheese.
When my omelette was brought to me, as soon as I started eating, I found glass in the omelette. Right away, I asked to speak to the manager. The cook came over and asked if there was a problem, and I showed him the glass. I asked to speak to the manager; the cook took the glass to the back and showed it to the manager.
My problem is that the manager never once came from the back to even check to see if I was okay, just told the cook to give me a free meal. That bothered me more than finding the glass in my food.
I just want someone to show me that I am important as a customer. Thank you.

I had one of the worst experiences at Waffle House. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable.
The server didnt even pay attention while I was placing my order they had earbuds in and seemed more focused on whatever they were listening to than the customer in front of them.
When the food finally came out, it was a disaster. The steak was undercooked and dripping with grease, and everything on the plate seemed to have been drowned in oil.
I honestly couldnt tell whether they were trying to fry the food in oil or just serve me a plate of oil with food floating in it. It was unappetizing and disappointing from start to finish.
I expected at least a basic level of care and quality, but this experience was nowhere near it.

Staff at the Litchfield Kentucky location, making waffles in advance and pulling them out of a stainless steel drawer when they are ordered. Same with bacon.
Ive already called once and was told I would receive my money back because thats absurd to spend close to $40 for a reheated waffle.

I did an order online, got to the restaurant about 10 minutes later. I parked where I could just go in and pick it up.
Two workers were screaming at me to not park in front of the building.
I just got in my car and pulled off. At the same time, you were both screaming no parking; you could have been handing me my order.

Horrible customer service
This is located in Little Rock Arkansas on Bowman Street.
After getting home with my order, I found out the missing items. I had to go back to the store, and now it's late, and orders are now handled outside. I am trying not to get upset, but I explained what happened to the person who packed my food, and I tipped. I thought they had gone to explain what I needed, but I later found out they didn't.
Since another person (Chris) started assisting me, they came back and said, 'I told them what you need, and they got it going.' I confronted the first person and asked, 'Why didn't they tell them about my order?' They then said the cooks decide if they do a reorder or not. I asked for the store number, but they didn't know the store number. But Chris was good with this reorder nightmare.
There were a lot of people not being served correctly that night. I would advise checking your meal carefully before leaving if carryout.

Order was sent to the wrong state, local Waffle House refused to make without a second full payment for the order. $62.00 order- I have sent 2 corporate emails and never received a response.

We ordered a variety of breakfast foods and from the hash browns to the biscuits and unbelievably even the waffles. Every single item that was given to me was burnt and tasted like chewing on a stick.
Waffle House also needs to be ashamed of themselves for the way they handle customer issues.
No wonder they are disappearing all across the country. They are putting themselves out of business.

You have bad chicken in all your locations. I eat Waffle House 3 or 4 times a week.
The chicken has a crunchy or gristly texture, and it's been this way for the last three years. And it doesn't help when you send it back and they bring out another bad piece. And the attitude you get when something's wrong!
The district manager needs to visit this store on 78 Hwy beside McDonald's! Stone Mountain!

The problem at hand is im getting texts from Oxford Waffle House saying order has been placed. I live in Pell City, so I definitely wouldn't be ordering from that location.

Missing bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Last time I went, they forgot both of my peanut butter waffles.
I don't really want to even complain, but every time I go, they are missing stuff, and I am tipping like really well for takeout food. I gave the lady like 16 bucks. I gave the cook five for like a $50 order, and they are still forgetting my food.
I think that they knew what they were doing too because I tipped the cook, and he didn't even turn around and say thank you. He whispered something to the lady, like he must've felt like crap about not completing the order.

Very poor service and charged too much
Well first off no greeting. only one customer at counter, waitress came to my table after she came from the back from the back room two times and continued doing something near the cash register, 10 to 13 minutes in all .
No real big deal as I wasnt in any hurry. Then I gave her my order , and she couldnt figure it out after 3 trys , I finally went to the cook to explain my order .. black coffee , small water , a grilled biscuit with sausage and cheese with two sausage patties.. the cook made my biscuit and brought it over after a while I saw the waitress came back out and asked for the coffee and small water she then brought the coffee but forgot the water , when she finished with the other customer check out I got up and walked to her and asked for the water again..
then to make me decide to complain they changed me 10.26. I have never played more than 8.50 for that combo, I might add that I have stopped and Waffle House restaurant for over 51 years wile driving cross country routs as a truck driver and company owner..and I have never had a problem with service or food ever I have ordered the same order more times than I could ever count even after being retired for the past 18 years ..thats all and thanks for reading this.. You had two choices, leave and never return or sit your weak self down and take a chance on another omlett. I personally do not believe that they cooked glass into anything.
Either you're trying to build clicks/views are a lawsuit. Whatever the case may be, REAL men do not need someone to show them that they are important.
