I called the store at 455, about 10pm, to make sure my husband gotten to work ok, he doesnt have a cell for him to call when he gets there and i havent heard from him. When i called the employee, "ACE" i guess thats her initials, her name i believe is Andrea.

When i called it was to make sur ehe was there and i had some important family issue, i am sick with breast cancer and only call if its important! When "ACE" answered i asked to speak with my husband, "ACE" tells me she couldnt tell me if hes working. I said i know hes working i NEED to talk to him please! She said shes not allpwee to tell me if hes working, i again said i KNOW hes working, i NEED to talk to him PLEASE!!

this went on for about 3 to 4 minutes of her telling me she couldn't tell me if hes working. I said im not asking if hes working and if he had a cell phone i would call it, thats why im calling the store. So, she wouldnt give the phone to him nor call him to the phone, so i hung up. I know what the policies of waffle house or any restaurant is of giving customers information about their employees and if they are working.

Hes my husband and it was important, i do not call to chat on his work phone knowing its a business phone. When i tell the employee i am calling for my husband and i know hes working and the employee is arguing telling me she couldnt tell me if hes working, she could have said if i see him ill have him call you or something of that nature. She should be retrained on how to handle phones and customers if they arent asking IF THE EMPLOYEE is working and its family!! This is ridiculous, when i am trying to talk to my husband about an IMPORTANT issue, and this employee is ARGUING with me telling me she cant telling me if hes working that had nothing to do with me TELLING her i know hes there i NEED to talk with him!!

She should know the difference between someone asking if or when the employee is working or someone TELLING her its their family and i KNOW hes working and i NEED to talk to him!! AngryAngryAngryAngry
