My husnband and I went to the store #1696 this morning. (6/20/18)

Hope you can see the video if the store has.

It was about 7:10 am when we arrived.

There were 3 employees when we got into the store.

Two people were talking (Looks like one man was training by another woman).

After the waitress took our order, no one was cooked right away.

Actually, they did not care about us. They only focused on the man who was in training. The cook was still teaching a man. And another employee came in, but he didn't do anything.

Time was passed and we did complain to the waitress.

Then! they finally moved slowly.

The waitress has no fault.

I'm complaining to the cook who trained to another.

There were no customers at that time.

That means she had time after she finishes our order.

She had to make our order first instead of teaching him.

I'm the fan of waffle house, but I am very disappointed with their attitude.

If you train someone, please keep eye on customers first.

You can train them after customers leave.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Service.
