I had called Waffle House Mason-Ohio location at 1130pm for a pick up order bc i had just got into town, everything else was closed and i needed to feed my daughter (1yr) and 3 other people. The first time i had called i was hung up on.
The secomd time i called their music was too loud in the back for me to hear and i preceded to ask (4 times) for them to turm it down, again i was hung up on.
The third time the waitress had told me "you need to come in and place your order" i had gone in as asked to place my order and i sat with my daughter for 15m without being greeted at all. 10m after being there not only were the pancakes on the grill burning but one of the waitresses friends came in and was greeted , order had been placed and she had her drink so in return we left.
