That's correct. They don't take togo orders over the phone and when they are busy, the customers who are in the restaurant as patrons take priority over the phone.

I prefer speaking to to a live human being. Linda answered and immediately transferred me to this screen. My grievance is about paying $13.33 for breakfast. This is my 1st experience here and im very upset.

On Sunday, October 14 my family and I visited the Waffle House in Talapoosa Georgia. We sit there for 10 or 15 minutes without water or anything. After we noticed people who came in after us being accommodated, we got up and left.

Waffle House - Your service is the worse iv ever seen. Long time customer.

Order food over phone to be ready in 15 minutes. Get there and not even started it. Forgot to put order in . To busy sitting on phone to work. Not the first time this has happened. Lost my business.
